Reinhardt Financial Solutions was founded by husband-and-wife team John and Elise Reinhardt. As residents of the local community, we started this firm because we believe small business owners deserve a financial partner who treats them like a person, not just an account number. We wanted to build a business that takes the weight of bookkeeping and payroll off your shoulders so you can get back to doing what you love.

John Reinhardt, CPA serves as our lead accountant. After earning his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Truman State University, he spent years working with numbers, financial models, and systems. Beyond running the firm, John is an Instructor of Accounting at John Wood Community College, where he breaks down complex financial concepts into practical, everyday steps for his students. He ensures your books are bulletproof, while bringing a teacher’s mindset to your monthly reports so you actually understand what your numbers mean.

Together, we manage the daily operations of the firm with a shared mission to help our business community thrive.

When we aren’t helping clients or working on the business, you can usually find us spending time together as a family with our daughter, relaxing in the backyard mastering the smoker, or sitting down for a modern board game night.
